Pallet King uses components from non-repairable pallets in order to replace or renew broken parts in repairable ones. We sort, repair and grade pallets into two categories being A and B. Grade A pallets are stronger and more cosmetically pleasing than grade B pallets.

Pallet King employs an experienced staff to custom build pallets, crates and boxes to our customers' precise specification and design. Additionally, we have designer who will come on site and help you create exactly what you need to protect and ship your product.

Overseas/Export Pallets & Crates
Pallet King is a member of the Southern Pine Inspection Bureau and a certified supplier of ISPM-15 Heat Treated lumber. 
We can design and build any size pallet, crate or box as mentioned above with ISPM-15 compliant Heat Treated lumber to insure your shipments will be accepted for overseas shipping.  With Heat Treated lumber your shipments will never be held up at customs.

ISPM-15 Heat Treatment Regulations to control the spread of wood and forest pests have become increasingly important in the wood trade. ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures) designates the standard required by the United Nations member countries for international shipments. The 170 governments (thus far) which have signed the IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) have the right to refuse entry at their frontiers to goods transported on wooden pallets, in crates, spools or any other wood packaging unless it has been treated, marked and certified in accordance with its regulations. Pallet King provides a heat treatment which meets the demands of ISPM-15 and has experience in meeting all the needs of the wood packaging producer and user. ISPM-15 Requirements RE: Heat Treatment (HT) Wood packaging material should be heated in a schedule that achieves a minimum core temperature of 56 degrees Celsius for a minimum of 30 minutes. The American Lumber Standards Committee administers the U.S. certification program for heat treatment. NOTE: ISPM 15 requirements apply to all species of coniferous (softwood) and non-coniferous (hardwood) packaging material
